The Real GH Foundation invites you to be part of our Annual Health First Initiative—a transformative healthcare campaign based in Accra, Ghana, that brings preventative, life-saving care to rural and underserved communities. In partnership with Project Give Hope and Project Hope, our annual New Year Health Fairs serve regions like Asebu and Elmina, where healthcare access is often limited and unaffordable. Through this initiative, we promote early detection, preventive care, and health education—empowering individuals and strengthening entire communities.
Founded in 2021 by Morris Biggers, The Real GH Foundation LBG emerged in response to the growing economic and healthcare disparities affecting communities in Asebu, Cape Coast, and Elmina, Ghana. What began as a grassroots effort to address pressing challenges has grown into a dynamic nonprofit organization committed to transforming lives through healthcare access, economic empowerment, education, and community development.
