Program Overview
The Pathways to Prosperity Initiative is a flagship economic empowerment and skill development program led by The RealGH Foundation LBG. This initiative is designed to bridge the gap between job seekers and employers by equipping individuals with the necessary skills, training, and employment opportunities to achieve financial independence and long-term career success. Through strategic partnerships with businesses and organizations, we are actively fostering sustainable livelihoods and contributing to the economic growth of communities in Ghana, particularly in Asebu, Cape Coast, and Elmina.
Mission Statement
To create sustainable economic opportunities by empowering individuals with job skills, training, and employment connections, leading to financial independence, career advancement, and community prosperity.

- Providing hands-on training, workshops, and mentorship programs to equip individuals with in-demand skills.
- Offering technical, business, and soft skills training to enhance employability and career growth.

- Supporting individuals in gaining financial independence through stable, well-paying jobs.
- Encouraging entrepreneurship and small business development through training and resources.

- Identifying opportunities for upskilling and career mobility for program participants.
Impact & Success Stories
• Employment Partnerships:
• C2I Security employed 65 individuals from Asebu, Cape Coast, and Elmina through our program.
• Kustom Looks Clothing provided employment for five individuals, one of whom advanced to a Managerial Position, demonstrating the program’s effectiveness in career growth and leadership development.
• Community Reach:
• Hundreds of individuals have gained financial stability and professional growth through employment and skill-building opportunities.
• Expansion of vocational training centers and partnerships with local businesses to support more job seekers.
